Modular Mausoleums
Studio render of a precast modular mausoleum unit, three-quarter view showing twelve crypt niches in its open front face.

A precast modular mausoleum system

Permanence, delivered.

Factory-cast sections arrive on a truck, are set and assembled on site, and stack and expand over time — the dignity of a custom mausoleum, without the years and the cost of building one.

The system

A mausoleum, rethought as a kit of parts.

A traditional mausoleum is built once, slowly, in place. Ours is a precast concrete system: the same permanence and weight, manufactured to spec, delivered, and assembled — then grown over time.

  1. 01

    Cast at the factory

Crypts, niches, and wall sections are precast in controlled conditions to consistent, engineered tolerances — not poured in a graveside trench.

  2. 02

    Shipped on a truck

Sections ship flat and palletized on standard freight, so a complete unit travels to almost any cemetery on ordinary roads.

  3. 03

    Set & assembled on site

Sections are craned onto a prepared foundation and assembled in days — a clean, predictable install instead of a long custom build.

  4. 04

    Stacks & expands

Add units, mirror them, or stack above grade as demand grows. The layout is designed to keep extending without starting over.

Configurations

Four ways to memorialize, one system.

Mix and match within a single installation. Every configuration shares the same precast structure, so layouts stay coherent as you combine and expand them.

In-ground burial crypts

Engineered below-grade crypts that bring the strength and order of a built mausoleum to lawn-level interment.

Above-ground crypts

Single and companion crypts stacked above grade, faced in granite — the classic mausoleum form, delivered as a system.

Columbarium niches

Dignified niches sized for urns, letting you serve growing cremation demand within the same footprint.

Memorial walls

Precast walls for engraved dedications and plaques — a quiet anchor for a garden, path, or entrance.

Layout studio

See how it grows.

Explore the unit in three dimensions and array it into real arrangements — a single unit, a mirrored pair, a row, a courtyard, or an expanded estate. Drag to orbit any layout.

Why modular

The case against building from scratch.

A custom mausoleum is a one-off construction project. A modular system is a product — designed once, refined, and repeated. Here is how that changes the math for an operator.

Custom-built mausoleum
Modular Mausoleums

Upfront cost

High and hard to pin down — bespoke design, formwork, and on-site labor.
Lower and predictable — repeatable precast sections priced per unit.

Time to install

Months of design, permitting, and graveside construction.
Delivered and assembled in a fraction of the time once the pad is ready.

Expansion

Each addition is a new custom project.
Add, mirror, or stack units as demand grows — no starting over.

Quality control

Subject to weather and field conditions.
Cast in a controlled plant to consistent, engineered tolerances.

Site disruption

An extended construction zone in an active cemetery.
A short, clean set — minimal time with heavy work on the grounds.

For funeral homes & cemeteries

More options to offer, less capital at risk.

Expand what you can offer families — above- and below-ground crypts, columbarium niches, memorial walls — without committing to a multi-year construction project.

A clearer capital decision
Per-unit pricing on a repeatable product, instead of an open-ended custom build estimate.
Inventory you can offer sooner
Crypts and niches ready to sell in a fraction of the time a built mausoleum takes.
Grow with demand
Start with one unit and expand — add crypts, niches, or walls as your families need them.
Dignity, kept intact
Granite faces and considered detailing. It reads as permanent because it is.
Designed as a system
A coherent set of sections with defined interfaces — engineered to be cast, shipped, and assembled repeatably.
Built for your forms
Standardized, repeatable parts suited to precast production runs rather than one-off custom pours.
Seeking production partners
We are looking for established precast concrete plants to manufacture units regionally, close to demand.
A serious conversation
Drawings, tolerances, and specifications ready to review under NDA with qualified partners.
